Coordinate and manage technical teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and site supervisors.
Monitor project budgets, optimize costs, and ensure effective resource utilization.
Drive employee productivity, team development, and operational performance.
Evaluate project and financial performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective measures.
