Job Purpose

To manage and monitor project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, cost loading, cash flows, and progress tracking for real estate construction projects. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution, identifying potential delays, implementing corrective measures, and optimizing project cost and time.

Job Description:
Prepare and monitor integrated project schedules, construction timelines, and handover plans.
Develop resource plans, cost-loaded schedules, cash flow projections, and annual construction plans.
Track project progress, critical path, milestones, and schedule deviations.
Conduct delay analysis, identify risks, and prepare catch-up plans to ensure timely project completion.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly progress reports and management presentations.
Coordinate with construction, design, procurement, finance, and other departments.
Monitor project workflows, statutory approvals, and RERA compliance data.
Perform project health tracking using Earned Value Analysis (EVA), S-curves, and variance analysis.
Identify process improvements and prospects for cost and time optimization.

Required Skills: Primavera P6, MS Project (MSP), MS Excel, SAP/ERP, BIM, project scheduling, critical path analysis, cash flow management, and delay analysis.
