Responsible for managing sales business generated through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)

Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate DSA partners to achieve assigned business targets

Develop partner relationships, monitor lead generation and conversion, review sales performance, and identify prospects for business growth

Coordinate with credit, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth application processing
