Role & responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Communication
Own brand strategy, positioning and architecture; conceptualise brand promotion.
Run ATL, BTL, digital and regional campaigns, with creator and brand-ambassador programmes.
Manage PR, media relations and brand reputation, including crisis response.
Planning, Insights and Budgets
Set the annual marketing plan and budget (PIE); plan event calendars against sales targets.
Use research, consumer data and analytics to guide decisions; track ROI by channel.
Visibility and Trade Marketing
Drive visibility through glow signs, van marketing, in-shop branding, POS materials and promotional articles; oversee packaging design.
Support MT and GT sales with activations and promotions; build channel plans for GT, MT, HoReCa and institutional.
Plan event budgets and cost sharing with channel partners; build client relationships.
E-commerce and Digital
Run digital and social campaigns, the website and e-commerce (D2C, marketplace, quick commerce).
Team, Agencies and Governance




Build and lead the marketing team; manage agencies and vendors (briefs, negotiation, payments).
Enforce brand guidelines, report performance and suggest process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 1015 years, with a demonstrated rapid-growth career trajectory.
Work experience outside Gujarat is a plus.
Background from regional or domestic brands preferred; MNC experience not mandatory.
Robust execution mindset, with practical know-how of getting things done on the ground.
Proactive, energetic and dynamic, with high ownership.
Deep understanding of Indian consumer behaviour, including regional and vernacular markets.
Robust command of both traditional and digital marketing.
Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, tea, coffee or a comparable consumer category is strongly preferred.
Proven record of building brands, launching products and growing market share.
Experience managing large budgets and multi-agency ecosystems.
