Ideal Candidate

A strong shop-floor Quality Control skilled who believes that quality must be built into the product at every stage rather than inspected only at the end.

The person should have the confidence and technical maturity to work independently with Production and Fabrication teams, maintain quality discipline, identify defects early and ensure that only right-first-time, specification-compliant products move to the next stage or reach the customer.

The ideal candidate should be a highly experienced, hands-on QC Inspector with robust shop-floor credibility, who has developed

expertise through years of actual manufacturing and fabrication exposure.

A Diploma / ITI qualification with 815 years of relevant practical experience is considered sufficient.

The candidate should be able to pick up a drawing, inspect the actual product on the shop floor, identify deviations using the right

measuring instruments,



explain the quality issue to Production, document the non-conformance and ensure corrective action,

with minimum supervision.

Desired Profile
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Production, Fabrication, Quality or relevant technical discipline.
5+ years of hands-on experience in QC inspection within manufacturing / fabrication / engineering plants.
Experience in FRP / composite manufacturing, process equipment, piping or fabrication will be highly preferred.
Strong practical knowledge of dimensional inspection and fabrication quality.
Should be able to independently read engineering drawings and specifications.
Solid knowledge of inspection instruments and their practical application.
Experience in customer / third-party inspection will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of quality documentation, NCR and corrective-action processes.
Basic computer and ERP skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
