We are looking for a skilled Skin Clinic Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to handle the overall operations and management of our skin clinic. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience in managing skin clinics, preferably in India.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage daily operations of the skin clinic, ensuring smooth functioning.
Supervise staff including front desk, CRM, counsellors, and other support personnel.
Develop and implement effective management strategies to achieve business goals.
Coordinate with doctors and other medical professionals for seamless patient care.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure excellent patient satisfaction.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements




Minimum 3 years of experience in managing skin clinics or related fields.
Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.
Solid knowledge of skin diseases and treatments, as well as cosmetic procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in handling staff like front desk, CRM, counsellor, etc.
Previous work experience in skin clinics such as Uncover Alive Wellness Cosmetica India, Ilamed/Ilacad Dermalyn Dadu Medical Center, Kaya, VLCC, Skinlogics, Dermatech is preferred.
