Customer Support Executive to manage client communication. The designated
executive will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring query
resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat
queues professionally.
Identify customer needs, clarify dense troubleshooting
information, and provide accurate structural solutions.
Maintain exhaustive, structured logs of customer interactions
within internal CRM tracking tools.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to expedite complex
tier-two customer grievances.

Required Technical Skilled
Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and
written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Active Listening: Solid capability




to process customer inquiries patiently and address concerns calmly.
Problem Solving: Ability to think
critically under pressure and provide optimized, structured workarounds.
Technical Adaptability: Comfortable
navigating custom database interfaces, CRM programs, and MS Office
modules.

Good-to-Have:

Prior experience handling inbound telephony
ticketing workflows or technical support routing matrixes.
