Key Responsibilities:

Manageoverall branch sales operations, including business development, customerservice, and compliance

Drivehome loan business growth through direct sourcing, DSA and open-market channels

Buildand maintain solid customer and builder relationships to maximize businessvalue and cross-sell opportunities

Developand implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets

Monitorbranch portfolio performance and implement corrective measures

Ensureadherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements

Collaboratewith Operations and Risk teams to streamline loan processes, maintain portfolioquality, and control NPAs

Overseecollections for acquired portfolios to ensure healthy asset quality

Trackmarket trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback; recommendstrategies to enhance business outcomes

Executepromotional campaigns, contests, and cutting-edge initiatives to boost customeracquisition

Skills Required:

Provenability to lead sales teams and manage branch-level PL





Strongbusiness development, networking, negotiation, and influencing skills

Excellentinterpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Highmotivation, self-starter attitude, and bias for action in a high-performanceenvironment

Stronganalytical skills to track performance and drive profitability

Workingknowledge of Excel and sales MIS tools

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

25years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within BFSI/NBFC; exposureto Loans Against Property preferred

Priorexperience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales; solid localmarket knowledge and established regional network

Minimum Graduate
