Application Support Engineer / Lead
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Three (3) years of experience in application support, production operations, or a related IT support role.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting MuleSoft APIs and integration workflows.
Experience supporting applications built on .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C#.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system for incidents and change management.
Solid SQL skills for querying and troubleshooting Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL databases.
Experience with Git and GitHub for repository management and deployment pipeline support.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and change management processes.
