Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in South Delhi. The Sales Specialist will identify and engage prospective clients, present appropriate insurance products, and guide customers through policy selection, documentation, and renewal processes. The role involves conducting client meetings, explaining product features and benefits, and addressing queries to support informed decisions. Daily tasks include following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, coordinating with underwriting and operations teams, and meeting sales targets.



The Sales Specialist will also participate in training sessions, stay updated on market trends and product changes, and contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused work culture.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to explain insurance products clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support team development, share product knowledge, and contribute to sales planning.
Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative selling is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts concurrently.
Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM tools, and reporting of sales activities.
Graduate degree in any discipline; additional certifications in insurance or finance are an advantage.
