Our mission is to drive sustainable energy adoption through reliable, cost-effective solar solutions delivered by a skilled and customer-focused field team.

Role & Responsibilities
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations.
Install, commission, and troubleshoot solar PV systems including panels, inverters, mounting structures, and battery storage.
Perform routine maintenance, safety checks, and performance optimization of existing solar systems.
Ensure all installations comply with national and local electrical safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Coordinate with customers, project managers, and site engineers to deliver seamless on-site execution.




Maintain accurate installation logs, submit daily reports, and assist in warranty documentation.

Solar PV system installation
Electrical safety compliance
Roof mounting structures
Inverter commissioning
Site survey & feasibility
Battery backup systems
MS Office or Google Sheets
Basic troubleshooting
Preferred
NISE certification
Experience with string monitoring systems
Understanding of net metering
