JOB TITLE : SENIOR EXECUTIVE - MERCHANDISING

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

•Manage buyer accounts from order confirmation to shipment, ensuring on-time delivery.

•Guide junior team members on priorities, timelines, and execution.

•Monitor critical paths across styles and orders to minimize delays.

•Ensure sampling approvals and production readiness meet buyer requirements.

•Lead buyer communication and resolve quality, delivery, and order-related issues.

•Ensure accurate costing, margin adherence, and commercial viability.

•Coordinate capacity planning and ensure quality, social, and regulatory compliance.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

•Bachelor's degree in Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Management,



or Textile Engineering; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.

•3–6 years in apparel export merchandising, managing buyers independently with PD Background.

•Experience leading or mentoring junior merchandisers.

REQUIRED SKILLS

•Valuable system knowledge and system savvy approach.

•Exposure to relevant systems/tools, particularly PLM.

•Valuable Analytical Thinking and deadline oriented.

•Critical thinking system oriented.

Sportswear / Performance Apparel experience is preferred across levels
