Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system. A seasoned, experienced qualified with complete understating of principals, concepts, practices and standards. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Typically requires a degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
