Job Purpose

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive digital customer acquisition and business growth across insurance products, including Life, Health, Motor, and Travel Insurance. The role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns to generate quality leads, improve policy conversions, reduce acquisition costs, and maximise marketing ROI across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms, affiliate networks, and other digital channels to drive insurance leads and policy sales.
Customer Acquisition: Develop strategies to acquire recent customers for insurance products, driving qualified leads, quote requests, policy purchases, and renewals.
Campaign Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance and optimise targeting, creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Budget ROI Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, track cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall campaign profitability.
Data Analytics Reporting:



Analyse customer acquisition trends, campaign attribution, funnel performance, and product-level metrics to identify growth prospects.
Customer Retargeting: Design remarketing and re-engagement campaigns to improve quote-to-policy conversion, reduce funnel drop-offs, and support policy renewals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with insurance product, sales, distribution, technology, design, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Agency Partner Management: Manage digital agencies, media partners, and affiliate channels to ensure campaign effectiveness and productive budget utilisation.
Compliance Goverce: Ensure all marketing campaigns and creatives comply with applicable IRDAI regulations, insurer guidelines, advertising standards, and internal compliance policies.
