Job Description

Rawat Constructions is looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team, manage property sales operations, generate business, and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
Manage company-generated leads and ensure proper distribution among team members.
Handle high-value clients, investors, and property buyers.
Drive property site visits, client meetings, and deal closures.
Coordinate directly with builders and developers for project details, inventory, pricing, and booking formalities.
Build robust relationships with clients and generate business through referrals.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand business.
Monitor team performance,



daily follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Ensure proper lead management and reporting through Sell Expert CRM.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Take responsibility for overall team performance and revenue generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Solid knowledge of the Channel Partner (CP) business model.
Experience in residential and commercial property sales.
Proven track record of deal closures and revenue generation.
Robust team handling and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of builders, developers, and real estate projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Experience in CRM management and sales reporting.
Target-oriented and business-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates currently working with Real Estate Channel Partner firms will be preferred.
