Meet Purchase and Quality Heads at nearby manufacturing and fabrication companies.
Find out if clients need aluminum chromating or protective powder coating for their products.
Understand basic powder coating processes, including surface preparation, pre-treatment, coating application, and curing.
Guide clients on choosing the right powder (Epoxy, Polyester) and surface pre-treatment ( Chromating ).
Guide clients on choosing the right powder (Epoxy, Polyester) and surface pre-treatment ( Chromating ).
Pick up raw metal sample parts from client factories to bring to the IKON plant.
Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the approved timeline and budget.
Calculate coating area (per square foot or per piece) and send formal price quotes to clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
