Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
Creating purchase orders and ensuring they align with organizational policies.
Negotiating competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
Assessing market conditions to determine supply chain risks or prospects.
Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier evaluations.
Providing guidance and support to junior procurement staff or cross-functional teams.
