Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Jamshedpur. The Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day project activities, including reviewing designs, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring adherence to specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. Responsibilities include preparing and interpreting technical drawings, assisting with planning and scheduling, monitoring construction quality, and addressing technical issues that arise during execution. The role also involves collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and consultants, preparing progress reports, and supporting cost and resource optimization on projects.



The Civil Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement of processes and support the delivery of structurally sound, sustainable infrastructure.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills to develop and review structural, infrastructure, and site development plans.
Experience working as Civil Engineers with responsibility for project execution, coordination, and technical oversight.
Planning skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and site workflow management.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles, standards, and design practices for drainage and flood control.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Proficiency with engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, basic structural or civil design tools).
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in on-site project teams.
Ability to perform site inspections, prepare technical documentation, and manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
