Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site full time at Studio 602 in Mumbai. The role involves developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, and creating detailed layouts that balance functionality, aesthetics, and budget. Daily responsibilities include space planning, coordinating with architects and contractors, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The Interior Designer will attend site visits, measure and document spaces, oversee installation quality, and ensure designs align with client expectations. The role also includes preparing client presentations,



maintaining project documentation, and collaborating with team members to meet project timelines.

Qualifications
Robust Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create efficient, visually cohesive layouts.
Background in Architecture and familiarity with building codes and construction processes.
Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings for on-site execution.
Experience in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination with vendors.
Competence in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
Excellent visual communication skills, including presentations, mood boards, and material boards.
Solid project coordination, time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in office in Mumbai, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and interact professionally with clients and contractors.
Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects in India is an advantage.
