Role Description The Technical Manager is a full time, on-site role based in NAVI Mumbai, responsible for leading technical initiatives and ensuring successful delivery of material technology projects. The role involves overseeing research and development activities, coordinating technical support for internal teams and clients, and providing guidance on material selection, testing, and application. The Technical Manager will plan and manage assignments., allocate resources, monitor timelines, and ensure documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising technical staff, reviewing analytical data, resolving complex technical issues,



and collaborating with management to align technical solutions with business objectives. The role also includes maintaining quality standards, supporting continuous improvement, and staying current with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making in technical settings.
Demonstrated team management capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional technical teams and mentoring staff.

EXPERIENCE WITH NABL ACCREDITED MATERIAL TESTING LABORATORY ( Minimum FIVE years )
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Metallurgy / Materials Science/ Mechanical Engineering, , or a related technical field.
Familiarity with laboratory practices, material testing standards, and relevant industry regulations.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
