Handle pharma-related legal and regulatory matters, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and other applicable healthcare laws.
Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements.
Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, and compliance records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external legal consultants on compliance-related matters.
Manage statutory filings, licenses, renewals, and regulatory documentation.
Identify compliance risks and support internal audits and inspections.
Ensure adherence to applicable corporate and industry-specific compliance requirements.

Mandatory Requirements:
LLB degree is compulsory.
Robust knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations is essential.
Relevant experience in legal and compliance functions, preferably in the pharma or healthcare industry.
Valuable understanding of statutory requirements, regulatory documentation, and legal risk management.
Robust communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
