Role Description The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that enhance the hospital’s visibility and patient outreach. Day-to-day activities include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional events, overseeing branding and communication materials, and managing relationships with local organizations and partners. The role also involves analyzing market trends, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to promote services and health programs. This is a full-time,



in office role based in Jamshedpur.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective campaigns.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather insights on patient needs, competitors, and local healthcare trends.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to create explicit messaging and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive patient acquisition, service promotion, and community engagement.
Relevant experience in healthcare or service-based industries is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytical abilities, familiarity with digital and social media marketing, and proficiency with basic office and presentation tools are advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and maintain ethical, patient-centered practices is required.
