Role Description This is a full-time Account Executive role based in Jaipur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up to support sales growth. Daily responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams for production and logistics, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing regular reports on account performance and market feedback.



The Account Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Robust client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Experience in sales or account management, including lead follow-up, order processing, and basic negotiation.
Comfort with documentation, reporting, and use of CRM or other sales tracking tools; good attention to detail and organization.
Ability to collaborate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools, especially Excel and email communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in crafts, lifestyle products, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage but not mandatory.
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with clear performance expectations.
