Role Description The Telesales Executive will work on-site at MYRIAD TECHNOLOGY’s Indore location in a full-time capacity. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introducing products and services, and clearly explaining features, benefits, and pricing. The Telesales Executive will identify and qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM or designated systems. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer questions, providing basic support, managing objections, and working toward individual and team sales targets.



The role also requires collaborating with the sales and customer support teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent speaking ability, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and close or advance deals toward conversion.
Comfort working with CRM or telecalling software, basic computer literacy, and accurate data entry skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Solid interpersonal skills, resilience when handling rejection, and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
Prior telesales or inside sales experience is preferred; experience in technology or related sectors is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
