Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and documentation of architectural projects, working closely with senior team members to develop concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings. Day-to-day tasks include preparing CAD and BIM models, creating 2D and 3D presentations, assisting with material selection, and coordinating with consultants as directed. The role also involves supporting basic project management activities such as maintaining project documentation, helping prepare reports, and assisting in client and site meetings. This is a full time, on-site role based in Gwalior,



requiring regular collaboration with the studio team and involvement in on-ground project activities.
Qualifications
Foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of drawings.
Ability to work with Software Development and Integration concepts in the context of design tools and digital workflows (e.g., integrating CAD/BIM models with visualization or analysis software).
Basic Project Management capabilities, such as organizing project information, tracking tasks, and supporting schedules under guidance.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with rendering tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; eligibility for or progress toward professional registration is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow design standards, and willingness to learn from feedback.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented studio workplace.
Knowledge of local building regulations, materials, and construction practices in India is beneficial.
