KRAs

MANAGEMENT OF DISTRIBUTION NETWORK
Enthuse the Distributors and the Dealers to deliver numbers.
Appoint new Distributors and evaluate existing Distributors on identified metrics.
Track performance of Distributors viz Numeric and Weighted distribution.
Become a credible point of contact for all issues pertaining to Distribution.
Resolve all Trade related issues/problems incl Primary and Secondary Sales matching.

MANAGEMENT OF MARKET
Constantly travel across the assigned area.
Ensure availability of products across all important stores/mandis.
Evaluate opportunities for brand visibility and ensure POS efficiency.
Introduce the brand to current segments like HORECA/Modern Trade/Caterers/Wedding Masters etc
Track competitor activity.

MANAGEMENT OF TEAM
Seek and review Daily Sales Reports from each member of the Sales Team




Clarify all issues and problems with sales team incl Logistics/Collections/Orders/Duplications etc
Train and motivate every Sales team member to deliver on Targets and expectations: potential and performance.
Monitor each Sales team member on KRAs/KPIs.
Periodically advise and update RSM on all happenings in the marketplace.

Education and Experience
Between 26 and 32 years of age.
Graduates preferred
Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in FMCG (preferably Rice, Staples, Pulses, Spices, Edible Oil, or Food products)
Atleast 1 year as an ASM with a distribution strong company.
Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving licence
Excellent local market knowledge of the assigned areas.
Strong management , communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English

Candidates currently working as Senior Sales Officer / Territory Sales Incharge / Area Sales Executive in reputed Rice marketing companies will be preferred.
