Role Description This is a full time, on-site Welder role based in Mumbai. The Welder will read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans, prepare materials and workpieces, and perform welding operations according to project specifications. Daily tasks include setting up welding equipment, measuring and cutting metal, assembling components, and completing welds that meet quality and safety requirements. The role involves inspecting finished work, performing basic maintenance on tools and machinery,



and collaborating with fabricators and supervisors to meet production timelines. The Welder will follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean work area, and support continuous improvement in fabrication processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid welding skills, including Arc Welding and general Welding techniques.
Candidates should possess specialized welding skills such as TIG Welding and MIG Welding for different project requirements.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials, including properties of common metals and appropriate welding methods.
Relevant experience in metal fabrication, structural welding, or industrial welding environments.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Understanding of safety standards, use of personal protective equipment, and secure handling of tools and machinery.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and work in workshop conditions.
Certification in welding or completion of a recognized welding training program is preferred.
