Qualifications
8 to 10 years of experience as a group HR Manager
Candidates should possess strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment and selection, performance management, and employee relations.
Candidates should possess skills in designing and implementing HR policies, compensation and advantages management, and compliance with labor and employment laws.
Candidates should possess capabilities in talent development, training and learning program design, and succession planning to support long-term organizational growth.
Candidates should possess leadership and people management skills, including stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and change management in energetic environments.
Candidates should possess solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and levels.
Candidates should possess analytical and organizational skills, including HR data analysis, reporting, and use of HRIS or related HR technology tools.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with prior experience in a senior HR role, are highly beneficial.
Experience in technology-driven or innovation-focused companies, and familiarity with global or multi-location HR practices, will be an added advantage.
