JOB TITLE : EXECUTIVE - ASSISTANT MANAGER - MERCHANDISING

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

•Manage the complete merchandising cycle from product development to shipment for international buyer accounts.

•Independently handle buyer accounts, including costing, order execution, and delivery.

•Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, planning, and logistics teams for timely execution.

•Monitor T&A; calendars and ensure on-time shipment while meeting quality and compliance standards.

•Build robust relationships with buyers and support business growth.

•Lead and mentor a team of Merchandisers/Assistant Merchandisers.

•Drive process improvements to achieve delivery, quality, and commercial objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

•Graduate in Textile/Apparel Technology.





•6–8 years of experience with apparel export companies.

•Prior apparel export-house experience managing international buyer accounts with PD Background.

•Sportswear merchandising experience is preferred.

•Experience handling both Knit & Woven categories is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS

•Positive system knowledge and system savvy approach.

•Exposure to relevant systems/tools, particularly PLM.

•Positive Analytical Thinking and deadline oriented.

•Critical thinking system oriented.

•Sportswear / Performance Apparel experience is preferred across levels
