We are hiring a target-driven Growth & Sales Executives to generate and close business for Advertising, Branding, BTL, Digital & Outdoor Marketing services.

Responsibilities :
Extract and build calling databases (online platforms, market research, referrals)
Make cold calls, fix meetings, pitch & close deals
Generate new clients and repeat business
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain follow-ups, CRM data & payment coordination

Requirements :
Proven B2B sales experience (Advertising/Marketing preferred)
Robust calling, negotiation & closing skills
Ability to source own leads and databases
Self-motivated and target-oriented
