Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Post Sales Executive to manage customer queries and provide post-booking assistance for international flight reservations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the travel industry and solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle post-booking customer queries related to flight reservations.
Assist customers with flight cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and ticket reissuance.
Coordinate with airlines and consolidators regarding booking-related issues.
Provide timely updates to customers on refund status and booking changes.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate booking records and follow up on pending cases.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handovers.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in post-sales or customer support within the travel industry.
Knowledge of international flight bookings and airline procedures.
Familiarity with GDS tools such as Amadeus is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
