Customer Care Executive (Inbound & Outbound)

Location : Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer data and reports in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets .
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach.

Requirements :
Minimum Qualification :Graduate (Any Stream)
Positive communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage)
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.




Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets .
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.

Salary & Benefits
Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
