Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication.
Identify prospects to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers
Collaborate with internal teams
Excellent communication skills
Experience of working in BPO/ Freshers can also apply
Ready to work in rotational shift /night shift
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
