Description
10+ years of relevant experience with procurement of IT equipment and services in a Technical Operations or similar context.
Experience in negotiation for service contracts, equipment purchases, AMC renewals.
Positive understanding of contract language & legalese, and ability to coordinate in contract negotiation with legal counsel and outside vendors.
Familiarity with Desktop, Server & Network hardware specifications, IT Licenses (OEM like Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco etc.) willingness to investigate and learn new technologies where needed.
Finance Acumen: Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting techniques, and accounting practices.
Experience with budgeting processes, Strong research and data analysis abilities. Experience with quantitative analysis including cost modeling, forecasting and inventory planning

Responsibilities
Under Payment Management - Recurring Payments, duplicate payments track against invoices; keep track of monthly invoices for all vendors and maintain the payment tracking sheet.
PO Creation and generation,



maintaining the PO acceptance copy and entire PO process to be maintained til it is released to vendor.
Keep track of CAPEX & OPEX for IT against budget, Maintaining the budget sheet, Telecom and Technology costs.
Keep track of delivery for current equipment’s and coordinate with Finance to process their invoices Keep track of AMC’s and warranties expiry renewal
Under Vendor Management - Negotiation in pricing, terms and conditions of sale, and warranties of goods and products with key suppliers and vendors.

Qualifications
Must have at least 10yrs experience preferably with IT Procurement
At least of Commerce Graduate or Post graduate into commerce program
Robust written and verbal communication skills (must have), with native level fluency in English.
Quick learner with an ability to Document, share and transfer knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), proficiency in Purchase-to-pay tools
