Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Relationship Manager to join our Business Banking Assets team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business customers’ financial requirements, offering suitable secured and unsecured financing solutions, acquiring new clients, and strengthening existing relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Understand clients’ business requirements and provide appropriate secured and unsecured business financing solutions.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with business customers to drive customer acquisition and long-term engagement.
Collaborate with Branch Banking teams to generate referrals, acquire current customers, and expand business opportunities.
Identify potential customer segments and develop strategies to improve market presence and business penetration.
Promote relevant business banking products and financial solutions based on customer needs.




Focus on customer retention, relationship enhancement, and cross-selling prospects.
Ensure efficient execution of banking processes while maintaining service quality and cost efficiency.
Build a robust understanding of banking products, business finance requirements, and customer needs.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory; postgraduate qualifications or an MBA will be preferred.
Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in Working Capital, SBE, SME/MSME Banking, or Financial Services.
Thorough understanding of banking products, processes, and business financing solutions.
Experience in customer acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach with the ability to identify business opportunities and build lasting relationships.
