Job Description:

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Daman

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Industries: Pharma

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities as per the production plan and schedule.
Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety standards.
Handle batch manufacturing, equipment operation, and in-process activities.
Ensure proper documentation of batch manufacturing records (BMR) and production reports.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production operations.
Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and production targets.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, housekeeping, and safety requirements in the production area.
Identify process deviations and report issues to the Production Manager.




Ensure proper material handling and minimize production wastage.

Required Skills
Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP.
Understanding of SOPs, BMR, and batch processing.
Manpower handling and production planning.
Problem-solving and coordination skills.
Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and documentation practices.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 4.50 LPA
