Job Summary
Viksha Edu Serve Private Limited is hiring a Customer Tele Support Executive to manage customer calls, handle service requests, and support sales coordination for our Interactive Flat Panels (IFP) and Audio-Visual (AV) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Respond to product inquiries and service-related queries
Register and track complaints/service requests
Coordinate with technical and sales teams
Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Requirements :
Fresher or 1 year of experience in Tele Support / Customer Service
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic knowledge of IT/AV products preferred
Positive follow-up and coordination skills
Graduate preferred
