Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships after sales, ensuring client satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining long-term engagement with customers through calls and personal interactions.

Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with existing customers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
Conduct customer follow-ups after service completion.
Maintain customer records and communication history.
Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Assist customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
Maintain qualified communication standards at all times.

Required Skills :




Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Professional personality and positive attitude.
Strong customer service orientation.
Valuable problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Excel).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relationship Management, Client Handling, Customer Support, Front Office, Telecalling, or Client Servicing.
Graduate preferred.
