Job Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure proper resolution.
Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams when required.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Prepare daily/weekly customer support reports.
Meet assigned customer service and response-time targets.

Requirements :
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of Hindi and English; Marathi is an advantage.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Freshers can apply; customer service experience is preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + incentives :
