About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels .
Explain company services and plans to prospective clients in a qualified manner.
Follow up regularly with interested and existing clients.
Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM .
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by management.
Build and maintain skilled relationships with clients.
Handle client queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
Follow company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper workplace conduct.

Eligibility

For Freshers :




Freshers will be provided with training related to sales, communication, CRM, and company processes.
Previous experience in sales, telecalling, financial services, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.

Required Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and positive attitude.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented approach.
Ability to handle client objections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain CRM records and follow-ups.
Good Hindi communication; basic/good English communication is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
