Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain proper follow-up with interested leads.
Update call details in CRM / Excel sheet.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets.
Maintain professional communication at all times.
Required Skills :
Valuable communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional Language).
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident and positive attitude.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Good listening skills.
