About Us

Walnut Child Development Clinic is a child-focused therapy and development center dedicated to providing quality care and support for children and families through a multidisciplinary approach.

We are looking for a well-presented, organized, and compassionate Front Office Executive / Receptionist who can efficiently manage front desk operations and create a welcoming setting for parents and children.

Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations and attend walk-in patients/parents professionally
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment scheduling
Coordinate appointments with therapists and doctors
Maintain patient records, billing entries, and daily attendance registers
Manage enquiries, follow-ups, and basic counselling regarding services offered
Ensure smooth patient flow and coordination between departments
Handle cash collection, invoices, receipts, and basic administrative tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area




Support management in daily operational activities
Coordinate with therapists for schedules, leaves, and session updates

Requirements :
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle parents and children patiently and professionally
Prior experience in clinic, hospital, therapy center, or customer service preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Working Hours
Full-Time Position
Sunday off as per clinic policy

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
