Key Responsibilities :
Prepare veg & non-veg rolls (Kathi rolls, wraps, frankies, etc.)
Handle tandoor / tawa / grill for cooking fillings
Ensure proper marination and cooking of ingredients
Maintain taste consistency and quality standards
Manage mise en place (prep work before service)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Monitor stock of raw materials and inform for replenishment
Follow food safety standards
Required Skills :
Experience in roll / street food / QSR kitchen
Knowledge of tandoor, tawa, or grill cooking
Fast working ability during rush hours
Valuable understanding of flavors and spices
Team player with discipline
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
