Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and responsible Retail & Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products.
Explain product features, perks, pricing, and quality.
Handle retail sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness.




Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Promote organic, natural, and healthy food products.
Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Handle customer queries and provide satisfactory solutions.
Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team.
Basic computer and billing knowledge.
Previous experience in retail or sales will be preferred.
