We’re looking for a polished, results-driven Sales Manager with experience in luxury or ultra-luxury real estate sales. You’ll build a strong pipeline, engage affluent and HNI prospects, and guide qualified buyers through a high-touch sales journey.

Identify and develop high-quality prospects through outbound sales and lead generation
Understand client needs and qualify reliable buyers
Build trusted relationships with prospective clients
Coordinate and conduct site visits
Deliver a professional, attentive experience throughout the sales process
Maintain consistent follow-up and drive conversions
Represent the project with confidence, discretion, and sophistication.

What you’ll bring
Mandatory experience in luxury or ultra-luxury real estate sales
Strong outbound sales and client acquisition skills
Excellent English and Hindi communication
Confidence in engaging affluent and HNI clientele
Strong negotiation, follow-through, and relationship-building skills
A polished, professional approach to premium real estate sales
Experience with HNI clients is mandatory. Immediate joiners preferred.
