Sales Conversion & Follow-Ups
Rigorous Follow-Ups: Maintain a structured follow-up calendar for clients who have received initial quotes or designs but haven't signed the contract yet.
Negotiation & Closing: Address client objections regarding pricing, material specifications, or timelines smoothly, and guide them toward signing the final project agreement.
Contract Sign-off: Coordinate the collection of the initial advance payment (booking amount) and handle the official signing of the client agreement.

Functional & Sales Skills
High-Converting Pitching Skills:



Ability to articulately explain the advantages of turnkey vs. consultancy interior models over the phone.
Mastery in Objection Handling: Expert at handling tough client questions like "Why is your quote higher than local contractors?" or "Can you give a discount on your design fee?" without losing the deal.
