Role & responsibilities
Check, pack, dispatch, and maintain records of devices.
Install and set up devices at client locations or remotely.
Configure devices using a computer and check their proper functioning.
Guide clients on device usage and provide basic technical support.
Maintain installation reports and follow up with clients.
Travel to client locations as required (company-sponsored).
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in a relevant technical field.
Skills Required: Basic computer knowledge, technical understanding, valuable communication, and willingness to travel.
