Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
Define and drive cloud-native architecture using GCP
Partner with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps
Identify and mitigate technical risks and debt

Engineering & Development
Lead modernization of legacy systems to microservices architecture
Develop and review high-quality, production-ready code
Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability

Cloud & Platform
Work with GCP services (GKE, Cloud Run, BigQuery, etc.)
Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure automation
Ensure high availability, resilience, and cost optimization

Mentorship
Mentor senior engineers and technical teams
Promote engineering best practices and innovation

Required Skills :
Solid programming experience (Java / Go / Python / C#)
Expertise in microservices,



REST APIs, distributed systems
Solid experience with GCP or other cloud platforms
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes
Experience in CI/CD, monitoring, and production systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Valuable to Have
Experience with Big Data tools (BigQuery, Spark)
Knowledge of cloud cost optimization (FinOps)
Agile/Scrum experience

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
