Install, maintain, and troubleshoot FTTH fiber connections, CCTV systems, and network equipment.
Perform fiber-optic, Cat6 cable Laying, splicing, termination, and testing as required.
Install IP cameras, DVRs, NVRs, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
Configure ONT/ONU devices, IP cameras, and network connectivity.
Troubleshoot fiber signal loss, internet outages, camera video loss, and network failures.
Perform Ethernet cable crimping, termination, and testing.
Configure remote CCTV monitoring and network access.
Conduct site surveys and identify suitable cable routes and equipment locations.
Perform preventive maintenance and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain installation reports, service records, and equipment inventories.
Follow technical standards, safety procedures, and customer service requirements.
