We are looking for a salesperson to handle customers visiting our showroom and help them choose the right products.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Explain products, suggest suitable options and guide customers in making a purchase.
Sell decorative lights, fancy lights, LED lights, fans, switches and other electrical items.
Handle customer enquiries over the telephone when required.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and provide polite, helpful service.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic sales skills and a willingness to learn about our products.
Previous experience in showroom sales or electrical goods is preferred, but not mandatory.
A polite, helpful and customer-friendly attitude.
